new atty

hello every one just got a 510 regular atty and it seems its hard for me to drag or puff ,seller told me its new and needs a break in anyway how long do i have to wait before it normalize and when i add some juice after a few drags taste a bit burnt just a little, am i doing it right what should i do thanks
