New Batteries r old

I just received a battery that has a larger hole in it than my other batts. The Blu rep said that the one with the large hole is the old battery but I have some batts that I bought 2 years ago and they have the small hole so which is which?

Mine look like the one with the smaller hole. Mine are premium 100 batteries bought in early January. For what it's worth, the flavor cartridges (threaded end) have a bigger hole than my 100 battery.

But does it work fine?

No, I just got it and it will only let me take a 2 sec puff when there is a carto on it. When there is no carto on it I can draw until the cutoff hits and batt starts flashing and it is an unusually long cutoff time.
