Most of my batts are about a year old or more and I was going to order some more but I have read about a bunch of the new batteries having problems. Even some of the recent reviews on the web site have not been so good. I was wondering if this might have been a bad batch or if people are still getting some that don't work or die quickly. I've been using V4L for almost a year and a half now and am a loyal customer.

I say order away - they are great! I've got like 30 V4L batteries and have only had a problem with one (which was RMA'd immediately). Not sure what you're hearing about. I did have issues with some of the Diamond batteries when they first came out and then found out it was because I was screwing them into the charger as though there was a torque requirement. Batteries only need to be screwed into the charger until they blink & begin to charge. SnowDragon's video shows what to do if you can't get a vape:

or

I suspect that the RMA'd battery actually had this "issue" caused by me.

Yeah, I second that! I had a few issues with the cool carts and the new diamond batts, but it was easily fixed by gently prying the batteries center post up a bit. Then when I started just screwing the batts into the charger until the light flashed, I haven't had a problem since. I guess I was over screwing too! lol

I never thought I would switch to autos, but these diamond auto xls are killer! They have the perfect draw for me - I am in love!
