New CE4 Plus rinse and dry?

I have a few new CE4 Plus clearomizers. Is it proper practice to rinse and dry them before filling? Is this true or necessary?

depends on what company/machine made them. most people would clean them before first use, as machine oils from being made may still be present on the wick/coil assembly

The ones I have are CE4 Stardust. So just a rinse water, whip out the droplets and dry out for a day?

rince with warm/hot water. if you feel obligated to dry, do so.

i personally have'nt used these specific tanks but when i cleaned my t2s, id "whip out the droplets" and vape with the water still in/on the wicks. after a few puffs it starts wicking the ejuice. just pusle the button as you puff for the first 5-8 puffs
