Hey guys.

I decided today that I'm just gonna bite the bullet (seeing as it's pay week) and order a new clearomizer or two. Currently, I'm using an eGo-C Twist and eGo-T batteries with standard CE4 clearomizers.

I was thinking about getting either an EVOD or ProTank. I'm mainly looking for flavour and a little more vapour production. What would you suggest? I'm up for any other good clearo suggestions too!

I'm aware that if I'm getting a ProTank I may need to purchase the little collar for it too.

Has anyone used these clearomizers with the same batteries or know anything about them?

Thanks!

James

Welcome DarkDays.

I don't use either the Evod or the Protank much.

I think the T3S is better than the evod (same vape but bigger and easier to see/fill)
My preference is for iClear30S over Protank.

However, the 30S will look rather big. To be honest, I use mini Protanks on my "Twist" type batteries.

I honestly think the T3S is a no-brainer in this situation, unless you vape under 1.5ml a day.

Hi Dark and welcome to ECF!

Yes, I have and use and like all the devices you mentioned. I never much cared for anything CE (1,2, 3, 4 etc). Kanger BCC clearomizers are very good indeed; T3S, baby T3S, eVod and ProTanks (mini and PT2) are all in my daily rotation. If you only have eGo-class batteries, I recommend you choose eGo-threaded heads for the best fit and finished look. If you want a pyrex glass tankomizer, mini Protank and BDC Aspire ET-S are my favorite.

Good luck and happy vaping.

I love my baby T3s--they are sooooooo cute! And perfect for stealth vaping on a mini ego:

Loving my Aerotank from kanger. Throw a flavor wick on top the coils and babam. IMO my favorite clearo at the moment. On top of everything else you can use whatever liquid you want without worry of the tank cracking. Happy Vaping

the AeroTank might be something to consider. i like the fact that it has air flow control.

i might pick one up.

So if I was to order something like this:

NEW Kanger T3S Clearomiser [VE548] - £4.99 : Vape Escape

It would work OK? No threading issues or anything?

Sorry, I'm a complete rookie when it comes to coils etc.

Cheers,

James

That's perfect. You just need to order extra coils--they are replaceable and you should have at least a 5-pack of them. They can be cleaned and they usually last a pretty long time--if you use clean and clear juices.

BTW, the Kanger mini ProTank is eGo-threaded, so you don't need a beauty ring.

Thanks guys.

I'll stick with the TS3 for now.

In regards to vapour production and flavour, what are your opinions on it?

Cheers!

James

I think they are great. I use both 1.8Ω coils (on lower voltages) and the 2.5Ω coils (4 volts and up, depending on the ejuice I'm using. They fit great on eGo batteries, don't leak and produce nice flavor and vapor. If you like a lot of vapor, use ejuices high in VG--just bear in mind that they don't wick as well as the thinner juices. I like 70/30 or 60/40 VG/PG ratio.

Before you start vaping, make sure that all the little parts inside are screwed in all the way--nice and tight. And do not overtighten the clearomizer onto your battery--just enough to make contact. And make sure that you never get any ejuice in the air tube inside the clearomizer--that will cause gurgling and leaking. If you do, clean it with a pipe cleaner or some tissue--that airway needs to be kept dry.

Good luck!
