I just looked at those pics. They don't look like the el-jumbo sized atomizer+cartridge combo that just came out a few weeks ago but instead just like you describe. That is like the eGo cone. So what do you use as a cartridge? A regular 510 cart?

No you have to use the cone shaped cartridges just as it says
the Cone shaped atomizers are still jumbo they hold 1.6ml of e liquid.
the Other eGo atomizers you are talking about are there as well please go to the site and it will tell you all you need to know about what carts to you
