So up until now I haven't really been interested in the Cuboid. But I've read about the new Smart Mode they have included in the new firmware. As I understand it, this is how it works. Let's say you're using a .35 ohm coil in wattage mode. You put on a different build that is .5 ohms and change your watts accordingly. When you put your .35 ohm build back on, it will go back to what you had your watts set at for it. It will remember up to 10 different settings, always the most recent 10.

I like to change flavors and tanks a lot, so this seems pretty handy for me. Has anyone here used this yet? I've had my heart set on an X Cube II...just been waiting for some extra money, but this and the display on the Cuboid might change my mind.

I played with a bit yesterday (and am currently using it). Only 3 tanks on / off but it seems to be working fine.

When it's in "Start" mode, it only shows you a stacked bar that (I guess) shows the wattage it's going to fire the tank at. You can adjust the wattage (and the bar) with the up and down buttons. It steps in full watts - i.e. 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, etc...

Other than that, you're staring at a stacked bar. I almost wish they included additional information (like a resistance reading) or something on the screen, but I this is intended to be "I don't care about all those numbers, just let me vape" mode.

It's interesting, anyway...
