I am a new customer to FSUSA and placed an order yesterday and I have 2 questions...

#1. How long does it take for an order confirmation to be sent out for a new order?
#2. How long does it take for an order to get shipped?

I have purchased from several other vendors that are listed on ECF and all of them at least acknowledge that the order was placed by the following morning, not to mention they are normally shipped within 24 hrs of placement. My order from yesterday is still showing as:
Order: #45146
Date: 02/26/2012, 17:35
Status: Processed

Just curious if this is normal for FSUSA...

Just curious if this is normal for FSUSA...

FSUSA ships orders fast. The status on the website isn't always correct (shows processed even after the order was shipped). However, you will receive emails with status updates (i.e., received, processing, at post office). If you've not received emails, check your spam/junk folder.

Also, you just placed your order on Sunday night, right? It's likely that it was processed today (Monday), and will be shipped soon.

Yes I did place the order last night, (Sunday), but just thought I would've heard something today. I am just used to seeing vendors sending out a confirming email by the day after with the order details at least. I also have checked my spam folder as well and have nothing. Oh well, just thought I would check if it was normal for this vendor. This is my 1st order with them. Will just make note of it for the future if I want to place a follow up order for the sample juices I bought. Thanks....

I placed an order Sunday night too, and my order confirmation arrived almost immediately. This afternoon, (Monday), I got my shipping notification email.

I've ordered from FSUSA many times, and in my experience this is the speedy way they routinely operate. You should probably shoot them an email to see what's up.

FSUSA does email confirmation of the order. did you check your junk/spam folder?

actually the website itself sends multiple messages automatically as things are updated. It auto sends one the moment your order is confirmed and paid, then the moment we print out the actual order, then when a click n ship label is created and then again when the order is actually shipped.
We had our 1 year anniversary party in our lounge saturday. we were there from 7 am until 11 pm. then worked sunday from 8 am until 6pm but we close down processing at 5pm.
your order came in at 535 pm so we were just closing the lounge and headed home to the kiddos.
Monday morning we were working all day on tons of orders from the specials we ran over the weekend. Typically an order on sunday gets processed and shipped monday afternoon at 430 pm and we update the website with the tracking numbers. Chances are out shipped out late yesterday and we ran out of time to update every single orders tracking info. Any leftovers get updated the next morning.
We were pretty heavily bogged down from the special, and exhausted from the long weekend so it's probably an update thing.
still, your order was changed from pending to processed so you should have received 2 auto emails already. could be your isp, or your email folks bounced your email as spam, some do that from auto generated emails.

Thanks for the reply David. I did receive an email from USPS this morning at 7:47am. That is the only communications I have received on this order. I did notice on the USPS site it has an arrival eta of 3/1/12. I would've thought it would get here quicker than that being I am so close to you. I generally buy my juice from a vendor in New Hampshire and if I place an order on Sunday night I generally receive it on Tuesday afternoon. That is as a 1st class package also and not a priority shipment. It comes in a plain bubble pack mailer.

Anyway, can't wait to get my samples in and try them out as I would like to add another juice to my vaping routine. I have never tried a Ry4 liquid to date and wanted to find out what all the raving reviews were about. I pretty much am a menthol exclusive vaper at the time being although have tried a a few dessert and fruit type juices in the past with very mixed results and quickly figured out what works for others doesn't apply to me!!!! It has been an expensive journey as well. It took a good 4 months to find the right menthol, (and knew it the 1st time I dripped it), and have been hooked since. I do feel I need some variety in my juices so I am venturing out again. Does it ever stop? So, thanks again for the response. I will try to drop a few lines about the samples I received when I try them out......

enjoy your juices. that's as fast as we can get them to you. irregardless of the other manufacturers we are perfectionists, our juices are the finest in the world. we don't crank out crap, so to speak, our ingredients are the finest in the world, created in an osha approved environment created for the safety and security of our customers. we do truly care and are pure perfectionists with what we create. I am sure you will agree as you vape it. just enjoy as you get it, thanks...

Check your spam/junk folder. You should have emails (order confirmed, order processed, package at post office, etc.).
