Most cotton candy is Ethyl Maltol - not technically a sweetener but it has a sweetening affect on the taste buds. Also smooths rough edges.
Sweetner is typically Pure Sucralose in PG. Not the stuff you
buy in stores which also contains other ingredients. I find myself using this more and more.
Sweet Cream generally adds sweetness to a vape and well duh creaminess! Which I also like even with fruit flavors. It will help sweetness but depending on your taste buds would be needed in concentrations that are too high to be a sweetner on its own.
One missing that is used as well is Marshmallow. It also does soemthing to the texture of a vape that is hard to explain. but Very noticeable. Like adds body.
