new drip tip concept

hi guys, i vape since 2013 and there is no any drip tip that prevents tongue from hot drops from coil. there is drip tip from aromimizer but it should pass only aromimizer and used with another 8mm O adapter on other atomizers. i made some sketches how could be easy to build very cool drip tip, sent already to some Chinese companies but no response, maybe somehow it is possible to produce such kind of drips to avoid tongue damages during vaping. here are concept fotos.

That's not a bad idea. Assuming an injection molded Delrin part, I'd make the top of the deflector plate flat, or better peaked, rather than a hollow cone. That design is likely to collect condensation droplets, defeating your purpose. The drawback is it's in two pieces and will require assembly, which will increase the cost. Be advised you aren't allowed to conduct business in the open threads here.

thanks for reply, i dont make any business , just want to know if anybody cares about drip tip desings, as many vapors use diy versions getting rid of splits from coils. in images i have not added whole concept, the could be also some air holes to make condense water out or just back again to coil in this way less dry hit occurs.

I agree you weren't trying to do business, or I wouldn't have replied. Yet another alternative might include air intake at the base to cool the vapor stream. That's a good idea, though.

just want to know if anybody cares about drip tip designs

For single coil drip use, one could make a hollow ball type joint which could allow a slight 5 Deg. to ? Deg. tilt indicating the open air hold side of drip barrel.

i use for now drip tip from aromimizer together with 8mm another chipo plastic drip tip, also 2 dtips together and it works pretty well. there is tons of drip tip and materials to build them but cuz of marketing non of them is innovative as it should be in 2016.
