High 'Dro - Our Latest Flavor !
We are pleased to announce the release of our latest flavor -- High 'Dro ! This new product is based on a new flavor oil released just last week from Perfumer's Apprentice. We were fortunate enough to rec'v a pre-release sample last month, and as soon as our new bottle arrives this week, we will be ready to begin shipping !

Until May 1, all orders over $18 (doesn't include shipping) will rec'v a FREE 6ml. sample of our new High 'Dro. In order to rec'v your free sample, simply request it in the "Comments" area during checkout. If you don't request it, we will not ship it !

And, as always, we offer low-cost Joye 510 Starter Kits ($39.99) and spare atomizers ($6.99), as well as spare batteries ($11.99), empty carts (5 for $3), and empty carts modded with blue aquarium foam.

All orders are shipped the same day that payment is rec'v'd, shipping is flat-rate, $4.95 per order, via USPS Priority Mail.

We are also happy to mix special requests and wholesale juice orders -- Captain Ed,

Ed, I'm sorry to have to say this in a public forum as i am really disappointed in your service. I had tried to contact you on multible occasions via this forum and by phone for over a week. My 510 usb charger is defective and had runied 1 of my batts because it has shorted. and did not ask for a replacement but simply wanted to purchase another kit. BUT you just ignore my messages. I one was a supplier when the e-cig came out and Always responded to messages with support Q&A's to remedy any problems. There are many dealers on here since then and i have to say this is the worse customer service i have seen... Just had to purchase elsewhere. I really wish i didn't respond to your pm about being a dealer in my area.
Sorry man, you have left me no choice but to do this.

Wow ! That hurts !

Worse than that, I have absolutely no explanation for the problem. You've pretty much stated the facts as they are, we completely dropped the ball. One thing that compounded the problem is I lost your phone message. That's not an excuse, but I don't have your number.

If you can call me, I will do my best to rectify the program with no more inconvenience to you (I could deliver the replacements).

I am truly sorry that we failed so miserably to correct the problem -- Capt. Ed.
