Hello everyone! I just ordered my first e-cig starter kit from Smoketip, I have heard very good things about them. I have been looking around on the forum here today and yesterday and it seems a lot of people are using liquids, I don't think I am ready for those yet, want to start out easy....maybe eventually I will get something fancier, but right now I am just so excited to try this for the first time! I have a carrying case coming too and a 10 cartridge variety pack with all different flavors like almond, cherry, vanilla, chocolate, etc. It's just so exciting!!

Really enjoying reading the posts in the forum right now. Saw some great lanyard/cases, almost wish I hadn't ordered that case lol

Maybe later I'll get one of those. I am afraid to order one of those regular lanyards that ur cigs just hang from, thinking I will lose my e-cig, but if it's a little bag hanging from my neck, that I would feel safer about...

Question about signatures here: how big are they allowed to be? Gonna make myself up a nice little sig soon I think...

Welcome Loveridden! I started with SmokeTip also:)

It's a great way to get started with vaping. Just in case you don't already know it, SmokeTip is kr808-d1 battery. You can buy cheaper replacement cartomizers at a variety of different suppliers. It is an automatic battery (not sealed), so you may not want to get involved with trying to refill *too much* with them, or put an atomizer on for dripping

But, like I said, it's a perfect introduction into a new smoke free life.

Enjoy and happy vaping!!

KR 808 is how I started and a great first device! There are many great vendors for cartos too.

I know this is a newbie question.....lol.....are you saying that I can also get cartridges for this battery from other sites other than smoketip, if I wanted to in the future...and it would fit my battery?

Just clarifying what you said...

If you are wanting pre-filled, vapor4life sells them. Please consider ordering some juice and blanks. It's way cheaper in the long run. It's really easy to refill them plus, with you just starting, you don't know how many of them you will use in a day. I can go through a box of 5 plus some, in one day. Again, please consider filling them yourself.

Welcome to the wonderful world of vaping. If you need any help, please ask. We're here to help you.

Oh wow, this company doesn't have horrible prices. The stock batteries seem a tad low for the price, $19/180mAh. You can find 280mAh for less. or 300mAh 72mm and shorts (58mm) from lecig.com. Vapor4life and vaporkings have more options for colors and style. You can find better deals, but at least you were not taken to the cleaners, and the KR808 is a fine unit to start out with. Better than the Blu.

Thanks guys!!

When I finish my cartridges I will check out Vapor4life :)

I have 16 coming to start off with. Tracking says I should get my stuff tomm. I was hoping I would go through 1 cartridge in 2-3 days, but maybe not from what I am reading. I guess I was basing it on hearing these cartridges equal a pack or a pack and 1/4th, I wasn't a heavy smoker, I quit but am smoking here and there again my bro's cigs and sliding back into it....which is why I wanted to try pvs out...

Fluid is your friend. Expensive fluid is $1/ml, where 1ml = ~a pack.
There are differing opinions on Johnson's Creek, but the sample pack offers 10 3.7ml glass bottles with eye dropper tops, which are mega useful even if you don't like their juice.

Original Smoke Juice - Original Sample Pack

It's like $22+shipping, so let's say $30 for 37ml, so 81c/ml with shipping.
