Hey there, been vaping for 4 months now and decided to finally register here, since I can't post anywhere guess I'll just introduce myself here, smoked 8 years, 2 packs of Marlboro Reds a day, the day I got my PV I quit, the switch was easy, surprisingly, though I went through some withdrawals for like a week, plenty of rest will do the trick, I've heard most go through them for 2 weeks or so. All in all huge, huge change to my life, and just putting a shout out here to fellow new vapers if i might be of any assistance at all please do drop me a pm, Cheers.

Overall, the Provari is a very good and reliable PV, very sturdy, strong structure, I don't see this failing anytime soon and it will be in my collection for a long time, cheers for upping the amp limit to 3.5 that is a big thing, and also one of the reasons why I'm moving to a fully mechanical mod namely the GGTS which i pre-ordered, shout out to Imeo for producing such an excellent product, is because batteries can go up to 5amp, not that you'd want to, but it can. Menu functions on the Provari are top notch, looks like a hassle from reviews but trust me it's the easiest thing in the world when you eventually get it, quoting PBusardo's "I finally get it" on his Provari V2 review on youtube. A real beauty to look at and works great with the accuset technology, what you set is what you get, accurate to 1%. Bottom line, it works, great versatility and great protection features built in, if you have the money to spare and are looking into upgrading to Variable Voltage (VV) Mods, I would recommend this product. It's a very detailed, well thought out device, with very detailed errors shown if any occur, working with this device has been a blast, looks great, feels great, works great, it might be a little on the expensive side but it's worth every penny.

Now what I really want to talk about, and have discovered, fiddled with, experimented with over the course of 2 weeks and pretty much explored every option and researched every video out there, is the Odysseus. I'm currently looking for an Odysseus Base for the GGTS that I pre-ordered as well, so if any of you out there have one to sell please do drop me a pm. I'm lost for words with this product, it is just simply put, the most versatile rebuildable tank system out there. You can pretty much do anything you want with it, replacing the wicks and coils at pennies with the highest grade materials you could possibly get (as a vaper, you're inhaling this, so in my opinion, I'd want the best materials available). Anyways to carry on, if you like double wicking you can double wick, triple wicking, you can triple wick, tune it to ANY resistance you want and have it work the way you want, plain and simple, this product caters to your every need, and the best part? It's NEVER going to die, full stainless steel construction, very strong, very durable, the threading is fabulous and just top notch. Juice flow control, what can I say, this thing works, a pinch to the right or left could very well be the difference in your vaping experience, depending on how much power you vape at, the juice flow control system allows you to tune it in to that, and if you want close it all the way when you go to bed or leave it open, this thing never leaks, I've not had it leaked on my one whether leaving the juice flow control open or in any other situation where I've been experimenting with it. Again a more expensive product, but pays itself off in the long run, replacing wicks and coils for close to nothing, somewhere around the cost of 50 cents if you do your own coil, compared to buying a new atomizer or cartomizer which can cost anywhere from 2.50USD and upwards. Talk about dry burning, I dry burn this thing every 2 refills and on several occasions I've had the coil catch fire, and still there's nothing wrong with it. Unlike pre-built cartomizers and atomizers where I've shorted them out from over-doing the dry burning process I never have to worry about it with the Odysseus, the materials from wires to wicks can withstand up to (I don't remember the exact temperature) a ridiculous amount of temperature, so even when it caught on fire at the top nothing is damaged (I do maximum dry burns holding it for the full 16 seconds a Provari can do). So just wanted to put my opinions out there on the stuff that I've experimented with so far, this product is not a beginner product but it is something that I would recommend you get into when you feel that you're up for it.

A Provari is a mechanical mod. Welcome to ECF! You can carry on talking to yourself now.:D

Yes to Victor, I'm referring to fully mechanical mods like the GGTS.

New on ECF posting also ... working on getting enough post in. I have had my eye on the provari for awhile now. :)

Yes I would recommend this product to you if you're fairly new at it and looking to move to a more advanced variable voltage device, though I do have big hands and with the 18650 extension cap it's only sitting at around the length of my palm, looking at your forum name I'm going to assume that you're female? Might I suggest the Provari Mini for possibly females, for people with smaller hands or for people that don't want something that big. But if you're looking for battery life then the 18650 is pretty much perfect for that, holds 2000mAH, enough to last for an entire day of vaping.
