New Ego-C user :)

Hi everyone. I've been using an Ego-c now for almost a month and I'm loving it. This was definitely the easiest way for me to quit smoking. I've tried cold turkey and couldn't even make it 24 hours. My ego-c has no mods yet but I've been searching around for some. So far I just have the rubber caps for the cartridges and they definitely help. I think I'm burning up the atomizers too quickly though hehe. Can anyone recommend must have mods for this type of e-cig or maybe a link to a list of mods? I'm kind of nervous about buying something for it and it might not fit it lol.

I use an eGo-W & from what I understand, all 510 threaded 'stuff' should fit. I've read to stick w/ std. resistance cartos because LRs will kill your battery.

John are you using the standard batteries or have you found something better? I was just checking out the 1000 mah pass through batteries and thinking about getting a couple.

I have been seriously considering the eGo-C as my first ecig.How long does your 650mAh battery last? I am wondering if it is worth getting the 1000mAh

Hi Ninja, I haven't really timed the use of my batteries, but the 2 batteries last me all day (always keep one on the charger just in case). I haven't heard any bad things about the 1000mah pass through yet so i think I'm going to pick those up.

Pass throughs are great! I'm sitting here vapiing with one right now. I just warn you to be careful of two things. Firstly, for a passthrough, you'd better order a 2 amp AC to USB adapter. Don't plug your passthrough directly into your computer unless it has it's own battery, or you'll fry your computer! Secondly, be sure to get standard cartomizers instead of LR cartomizers. The LR carts can't handle the 'heat' of a 5 volt setup.

I also used an eGo-C for a good month! It treated my right. If your getting tired of atomizers, you might want to try some cartomizers. I used Boge LR cartos and they were great! Anyways good luck and happy vaping!

LR im assuming means Low Resistance? for atti's and cartos? I'm going to look into the cartomizers as im getting tired of the standard cartridges and atti's. Thanks for the tips and the link

Yes, LR = Low resistance. Lot of people like them on the eGo type batteries. Burns hotter= more flavor/ more throat hit/ more vapor.

Just a Little update. I ordered a Provari and a MAP tank also probably going to order some cartomizers so i dont have to put unknown juices in the MAP tank hehe. Thanks all for the help and advice
