I glanced over the draft of that research. At first glance it seems promising. Lots of PhD's on there.
I may actually have my wife take a look at it. She also has a PhD with a background in both designing research projects / surveys like this and doing the necessary statistics to come up with conclusions that are significant.
Seems a little obvious to the untrained eye with such huge %'s of people seeing huge benefits though.
Hmmm, seems this research is being done at the University of Alberta, since I live in Alberta maybe I should contact them to see if they need volunteers for the longer term studies they are saying is needed.
There IS a ruling, but it hasn't been released yet as far as I'm aware. From what I remember, it happened just before Thanksgiving.
EDIT:
This is the last update we got from sun from the trial thread:
Docket Update December 3, 2009
Some 65 days after Se filed it's final Brief, Judge Leon again today did not release his decision. So the wait continues.
I'm sure the judge knows about all the good changes that happen since he is a vaporer.
Our only hope is he has found a loop hole that will work in our favor.

Actually, what the cause REALLY needs is people who have never smoked
analogs but vape. Then, you can easily compare the effects of analogs on
the body with the effects of vaping.
