I was extremely Lucky. He let me get within 30 feet of him.
1. Very Patient and Photographic Bird.
2. He had just finished eating what appeared to be from the remains a Female Mallard Duck.
3. I always move very slowly and as smoothly as possible.
4. Good Camo.
5. 400 mm. lens.
6. An Extreme Amount of Luck!
7. a little bit of cropping of the photo (but not a whole lot. )
