I am new to vaping and have about 9 juices now BUT am wondering if anyone in the world makes CADBURY CREAM EGG e juice This would be my ultimate choice if I can find it, I am such an addict Hopefully someone knows if and where this can be bought.

I don't know of any Cadbury cream egg liquids, but I can't say I ever looked for them

If you can't find a vendor with something similar available, there are some sites such as EC Blends, MBV, etc. where you can 'build' your own juice. Maybe you can create something that tastes just like cream eggs.... or better
