hi,

I'm gene from singapore. new here. lurking ard for half a yr. age 38, smoking heavily since 16. tried vaping 3 mths ago but cant get off cigs. had a minor op a mth ago, had a bad sore throat due to the anaesthesia and trying very hard not to pick up a cig now for a mth. but touched e-cig a week ago as had to get rid of the smoking habit. hope I can vape n get off smoking completely. but still very new to vaping and equally confused. am using a janty neo now. & still trying to get used to e-cig, please help! =)

Hi! I'm probably newer and you've probably got more experience in this than me (considering you have that Janty with you for a while now), but I've found many encouraging and informative posts here on how to wean off analogs or rid yourself of them eventually. I'm sure you can do it too. Keep that willpower rock solid!

you pay what you get for. not only talking about money but also how much research you do. the better ecig you get the happier vaper you will be.

I found that finding a juice that was close in flavor to what you smoked helps. I smoked Swisher cigars so I ended up mixing up some different juices until I found one that I could use whenever the urge came around.

It's natural to have dreams of smoking. Hang in there and soon you may have dreams of hating the smell of smoke.......or maybe you'll have more dreams of having a smoke and how good it tastes.

Don't get confused with all the different experiences / responses you get from reading other people's journey in quitting cigarettes. EACH INDIVIDUAL IS DIFFERENT. Your experience and what you may go through may be different from others. Don't sweat it. Best of luck and hang in there!
