Hello all,
I've decided to take the plunge into e-cigs. Been smoking off and on since my early teens, cigs and pipes. Don't have a problem quitting when I want to (once for 13 years), but I just like to smoke. About a pack a day is my norm. Iave no family for it to bother, but still seems like the way to go now days. Have been "researching" for about three weeks, and have learned it's not just simple black and white picking which system. reviews are all over the place depending on where I find them, those that are negative over and over seem to be valid. So I still have a lot to learn I guess before I buy. Started off thinking Blu, have weeded through others, today I looked at Halo some for the first time, still have others I plan to check out. Hope to figure it out soon, I'm ready.

First, welcome to ECF! You'll find a great deal of very helpful and awesome people on this forum.

Just get yourself an eGo Twist, a couple Kanger T2's or T3's...relatively inexpensive and should be more satisfying than the Blu-types out there.

I agree with this recommendation for a new vaper, but I would substitute the T3 with the newer Kanger EVOD clearomizer. To me, the EVOD has better performance and flavor and the replacement heads are about half the cost.

"From the capital of sin" ...you are from my house??

Just kidding. Welcome to ECF. Everyone will probably have a different opinion on what kind of delivery system to use though most agree an eGo battery is the best battery to start with. I'm going to throw my opinion into the ring.

I tried a lot of delivery systems and found them fiddly or unreliable until I tried the vivi novas. You have to be sure you keep the wicks wet but otherwise it is a very, very low drama method of delivery. Hope this helps!

Welcome neighbor , but as you need more information . Why not go to Sin City Vapors ( near the strip ) or if your closer , Pink Spot Vapors
(near the 215 and Decatur ) in the Costco shopping center , to the left of Best Buy . They can probably show you what you need to get started . Or If you have the time . You can PM me , and come by my house , and I'll give you the quick and dirty , and let you try out several different types . Then you may have an idea , of what you want . Good Luck
