Hi there,

My 901s won't go on my Storm (801s and 510s are good to go). Do you have this issue with your Storm?

The diameter of the 901 atty is too small for the new "universal". I have pm'd Imeo but wondered how this worked for you and/or didn't?

Must say, it's mystifying me a bit since I've watched his Storm videos and he seems to be putting all 3 atty types on the Storm on the same end button.

I forgot to send you a small part Vaug, sorry:(. I will do it tomorow:)

I have my adapter (thank you for such speedy and helpful service, Lisa!) but there is far too much air coming thru. There is a wobbly screw inside the adapter - is this supposed to be adjustable?

Ta ;)

Later... I've put sticky tape around the join between the carto and the adapter, but it hasn't made any difference. It's vaping, but very airy and when I exhale you can't see much vapour.

You mean the cartomizer scylla?

It's a 901>CARTO ADAPTER fitted with a new cartomizer(filled with 20+++ tiny drops from a 10ml squeazy bottle). I taped over the join between the cartomizer and the adapter to try to seal it a bit, but no good, there's still too much air coming through.

I have used cartos before but with Creator battery. Good strong vape, that's why I've been so anxious to get hold of an adapter.

change the way that the center pole of cartomizer goes inside the cartomizer tube. Unscrew the center pole and screw it again in the oposite way. Try again and tell me if the inhale is too strong now

the center pole of cartomizer

There is a centre pole in the adapter (that's the "wobbly screw" I referred to), but not in the cartomizer

Well... I had to enlist brother to accomplish that *blush* ... the result is that it is impossible to get any draw at all with the pole reversed in the adapter.

The centre pole was already the correct way round as you and I discussed the other day when I had to alter it... :D

Let me know how you get on with the other method I told you. :)

Just wondering - was the adapter designed for a different brand of cartomiser than the one you are selling, Lisa? I think I've seen reports of "this one's better (meaning 'different') than that one" sort of thing, but haven't taken much notice of it. Probably saw it on US subforums while wandering from one link to another.

I told you to change the poles just to see if it works with a very tight draw but it doent work at all as you told me Scylla. So you can do something else if you want. Take off the center pole again and take an angle file (if you have any). Try to file the head of the center pole a little and put it again to the adapter. Please have in mind that the new filed head have to meet the cartomizer. You will see that draw is tight. If you file it a little more you will have a more light draw.

I made the adapters like this because the most people dont like tight draw but a light one.:)

Imeo will have his little joke  Will the little metal file on my toenail clippers do?

So you're telling me I'm a freak? 8-o

everyone likes different draw, that's the real problem. I did test this adapter myself after I changed the centre pole round when it got here and although I found the draw light, it was comparable to the draw on temporary cartomiser adapters that I had made for myself and also, similar to the cartomiser draw on the slim so I thought it was absolutely fine.
If you do want a tighter draw, you could try what Imeo said, or you could try blocking up one of the tiny holes on the adapter as I said. if you're still unhappy, maybe we could do an exchange or something for you?

A thought - I haven''t seen the details of your 4 in 1 adapter, but why not also make it as an add-on for existing GG* owners, that threads onto the 901 adapter on their end caps?

its because telescope system is needed for this connector friend:)

Regular T.W. 510 @ 6v's with Super T Tips...No burning AT ALL : ) Atty stays cool as can be...I tried some of the 4.5 ohm 901's, but the flavor is not nearly as good as with the reg. 510. 510 HV's are nice, but I had one D.O.A., and the other lasted 2 days : (

One of the two HV 801's I got from Rob was D.O.A....Waiting patiently for the 7.2 Imeo atties!!! Will the new AFS fit both 901 & 510 atties?

Where were the HV 510s from?

    Whoever said "patience is a virtue" - I wouldn't mind smacking. :D
