Hi,

I'm new to vaping, got all excited and bought an aerotank mini from Viper-Vape and my order fell into a black hole. I think they died over there because no one answers emails or the phone and its been 3 days and my order is stuck on "awaiting fulfillment". Not cool.
Anyway, I want to buy an Aerotank Mega for a new Provari I just ordered (can hardly wait) and I want suggestions for an online shop who actually processes orders. You guys know of any shops who actually process orders?

Damn, I'm disappointed to hear that. I've ordered from Viper Vape before and their shipping and service was great. This was roughly two months ago though. As Weizenheimer said, 101vape is great too.

I have placed several orders from Vapor Authority and Vapor Alley. Both have a good selection of genuine products and fast shipping. I get my orders 2-3 days after purchase.

fasttech aka slowtech is in china; shipping will take a while.

i have 4 outstanding orders from them; the longest waiting so far is from january and i don't expect to get it.
if i get a refund i don't expect it this year.

to add insult to injury, they automatically report to customers a shipment as "Delivered" automatically after 90 days even though it is not delivered and has an open trouble ticket.

to compound that, when I opened a ticket for the "Delivered" misreporting, they have so far closed the ticket twice.

Sounds terrible. On a happier note, I just got an email which says, "DesertVape​s.com has sent you a package". LOL, that was fast. Excellent.

v a p o r b e a s t . c o m is a great store, I believe they are located in CA and I usually get my orders in a couple days and I live in FL - free shipping every time and I believe their selection is pretty good. I ordered the aspire nautilus for my Provari from them. Provari pro ring from Loki Labs, stainless steel tank e-bay, and juice from Virgin Vapor .

I will use this 5th post to not only set myself free in the forums, but to voice my enthusiasm about a shiny new provape device headed my way. I was a dipper only a week ago, now I've fallen into the comfy pit of vapor fanaticism. I don't miss the spit cans, that's for sure.
