You have found the best resource to help you stay off cigarettes- ECF is awesome! If you ever have any problems or need advice just ask and you will get lots of knowledgeable and thoughtful answers. I am so glad that I found ECF not too long after I started vaping. I love all of the great info on here. Just beware: after joining I immediately wanted to start upgrading all of my gear. There is just so much great stuff out there to try!!

welcome new to forum but been using ecigs for a couple years. keep up the quit some days are better than others with cravings for me but keep pushing.
