Hey gents, new on the forum, been lurking for a month or so, vaping for about a year now. I'm an active duty us marine 0311 and have converted quite a few guys recently and seeing more and more vapes around the camp.

I hear ya, this sight seems to have all the answers one could need! In fact I'm researching to find my first mod right now... Lots of choices, thank goodness I made the right first choice with my ego twist. So no hurry, just going to chill and see which one keeps popping up the most. how does the GOV seem to look at vaping compared to reg tobacco use... ?

@jwat82 I'm guessing you were prior service? It depends, sometimes we do green side patrolling, others we do what are called lfams... Live fire and movement, sometimes we do cqb shoots, unknown distance, mock raids on mout towns. They change it up.

I don't think vaping has gotten big enough for it to work it's way high enough up the chain for any one of huge say so has had to chime in. Others who extremely ignorant get upset if it's done inside barracks rooms, but ill just put it down till they go away. Most don't care, my current platoon sergeant vapes so that's a plus

I meant for vaping, I struggle taking all I think I need for 8 hrs at work, I can't imagine preparing for a week.

Just a few days ago, I read in the Navy Times (if I remember correctly) that AAFES is going to start stocking e-cigs. Now I'm sure they'll only carry the 7-Eleven pre-filled style at first, but it is a beginning. And if you ask me, it's a nod of approval from those higher-ups!

Yeah actually now that I think about it I have noticed the px carrying blu garbage. Would have been nice quite a while back when I was on those lol
