I am a former smoker of about 16 years. Now after purchasing a iTaste VV3 and a clearo (and upgrading to a MVP 2.0 and a nautilus) I am 45 days analog free.

I am currently grappling over getting a single coil dripper like the IGO-L for the MVP so I can learn how to wrap and wick and cool stuffs. The initial startup cost (though admittedly low) has me in knots. I know the eventual purchase with be a mech mod or something like the DNA30. Just dropping by to get in on the ECF after being on the ECR =)

I think your plan is pretty solid, I would find a cheap Youde (UD) product, such as the igo-l or w and wrap some basic coils and run it with your mvp, which should fire down to 1.7 ohm. After you get a handle on building, grab a mechanical and a unprotected imr battery, and charger. That would be my plan of action. I know discount vapers has some inexpensive drippers, as well as eciggity.

Yeah. Kanthal, cheap dripper, an ohm meter and some cotton. Was kind of the way I was going to go about this. Thanks for confirming. Makes it easier to pull the trigger.

Welcome and congratulations on quitting!

I make coils for our EVODs, ProTanks and Aeros (not into dripping). As I tell everybody, if I can do it, anybody can. It isn't hard...
Good luck and enjoy

I saw Rip's video on rebuilding the Nautilus coil. He used a new coil and replaced the dual coil with a single one. Do you think you can rebuild an used coil? I have about 5 Nautilus coils left and was just wandering.

Kanthal and coil jig incoming for micro's and checking out fasttech now for the IGO-L.
