New here and kind of excited!

Hello just a quick introduction...
After my 7 year old daughter kept asking me why I smoked so much, I figured I had to do something about it. For me and for the sake of my daughter.
I started vaping about a month ago and went cold turkey without touching another cigarette from that day on. I'm feeling great now! I've been lurking around this forum ever since and I'm glad to have found it. It helped me tremendously through the first couple of weeks into this experience, since I was getting all sorts of weird symptoms, which turned out to be withdrawal symptoms after all. I already learned so much from reading all kinds of threads in this forum, you guys all rock!
Oh, and I currently own a Volcano inferno and noticed I totally dig Velvet Cloud Vapor!

Thank you for the warm welcome! I forgot to mention that I smoked 1,5 pad for over 20 years, so yes.....it was time!

That's awesome. Things like this should be the "for the kids" outcry rather than trying to get rid of ecigs. Congrats on the change.

I wish I had listened to my children but I was just to "stupid". Congrats to you for making a wonderful decision and for doing so well. Welcome to the forum. There are such wonderful people here and more information that I could ever absorb. But there is always someone that wants to help. That is what makes ecf so special. Good luck to you.

Come to think of it my own start came about in a similar way; my niece send me an ecig; it was a disposable and it was a menthol; no good for me; I still have it actually, hardly used it; but I didn't even know it even existed before that; the result was after a couple weeks I looked around and discovered I could get such things in my town, and once I found something that could work, I stopped buying the old brand of cigs.
