just stopped smoking yesterday after almost 20 years, I knew I still needed something and vaping seemed like a viable option, I was at Walmart and bought a haus vape pen. Every hit tasted burnt and I was very disappointed. Today I went to a vape shop 2 minutes from my house and got a kanger subox mini, this thing is great. It's given me hope that I can actually stop smoking cigarettes. I'm using 14 mg nicotine for now, and it's getting me dizzy so i might need to step it down.

Hi and welcome. You've come to the right place for the help you need understanding what you're doing. Here's one tip for you: Don't get in a hurry to cut your nic as this can send you back to the stinkies if you cut too quickly. It happened to me. If it's making you dizzy, you're right, that's probably a sign you're getting too much. However, if you have just quit you're probably chain vaping to fight the cravings and to have something to do with your hands. So here's an idea. Go buy another tank. Get some zero nic juice in the same flavor. Fill one tank with the 14mg, and cut some juice in half with the zero nic to make some 10 (or 7 or whatever you want to try) and fill the other tank with that. Then vape the lower nic as much as you want but, if you get to craving, pop on the high-nic tank and hit that for a while.
