Hello E-cig forum!
So, my story is: I quit smoking analog cigarettes about a week and a half ago. Ok, actually, to be quite honest, I've still smoked a few cigarettes throughout the day but a significantly lesser amount than what I was smoking! (20-30 cigarettes daily) but at this point I'm realizing how stupid it is to still smoke stinkies and have cut down and only smoke 1 or 2 in the morning with coffee.
It was while throwing a football around with some friends I realized how winded I was and it was actually the first time I had noticed that smoking cigs has begun to take its toll on me. I had been given an ego style vape pen about 6 months ago but never used it because I wasn't serious about quitting, and knew nothing about vaping. So what I did after feeling like I was going to die of exhaustion after throwing a football for only about 5 minutes, was went out to wal-mart and bought their "haus" 20 dollar starter kit vape pen. Not sure if anyone has TRIED this particular vape pen, but I wouldn't suggest it, because I had bought 2 replacement takes in a matter of 3-4 days and all of them leaked. So I ordered an innokin iClear 16 tank and can still use the haus battery and it's perfect
I decided to join the forum because it seems like a really cool community. Although I've only been vaping for close to 2 weeks I can already see myself becoming an extreme vape hobbyist. I absolutely love everything about vaping, and want to start a collection of delicious juices and mods and everything I can spend my little precious money on. I JUST ordered my first mod the other day, and it's expected to be here in about an hour
it is the iTaste MVP 2.0 which I thought would be a good starter mod because it was only $45 and i absolutely cannot wait to try it out and graduate to the next level of vaping.
I'm still going to use my haus vape pen with the iClear16, but will mainly use the iTaste MVP. does anybody else have experience with this mod as a good starter mod ?
I just got hired at a new job and when I get my first paycheck I plan on learning how to mix my own DIY juice. THAT seems like a really interesting/fun aspect of vaping that i can't wait to try. I DO tend to chain vape but I heard that was normal.
Thanks for letting me introduce myself
