I used to think e-cigarettes were ridiculous. I could never picture myself switching to one. This weekend my cousin picked up an njoy and I was finally able to try one. I was impressed. One of my most enjoyable parts of smoking is the throat hit I get, and I was surprised that you could get that from an e-cig.

So last night I decided to start researching and stumbled upon this site. Wow, what a ton of info. After reading the 6 page long introduction to e-cigs by one of the members, and doing some of my own research, I decided to go with the Sidesho. I picked their select starter kit with 2 batteries, 2 attys, 10 pre-filled carts, PCC, metal case and charging kit. Ordered around 230am and it was shipped out this morning.. amazing.

So today at work on my phone I decided to hop on the forums, and to my surprise they support tapatalk here. Makes researching at work much easier, and I've probably logged about 6-8 hrs on here between last night and today. Amazing site with tons of info.

So here I am waiting for my starter kit and have already decided to place an order for some e-juice. I plan on going with vaporrenu after reading how pleased everyone seems to be and considering their prices. I want to try some flavors, but still need to figure out the whole filling cartridges myself, which I'm sure won't be too hard. Anyway, just wanted to say great site and thanks to everyone who has posted some of the great info that I've spent hours reading. I had no idea there was this much to e-cigs, and it has me really excited.

Welcome...

I think the Sidesho is a version of an M401 if not mistaken.. Good to know the model for future supply reference...

Would this mean that I would be able to get parts from other sites, such as attys? I still need to read up on this more. Thanks for all the replies so far, I'll definitely check out those juices.

If it is in fact a modified M401 other M401 parts should be fine with it. There are several threads discussing the SideSho on here. I read one from a year ago BUT admittedly the person advocating that it was superior to the standard M401 was a supplier. That always makes me a bit concerned about any "possible" bias... LOL.

Haha, alright well I'll find out. Just ordered a ton of juice from Vapor Renu. The prices are insane, so I'm hoping I enjoy as much as the majority of the people who reviewed it here did. I got 6 30mL bottles and a filter for just over 50 shipped. Definitely looking forward to trying them all, but in the meantime I guess I still have some research to do on the piece that I bought and start stocking up on replacement parts. I don't want to get into this and then be stuck with a downtime. Thanks for the info everyone.

Ok, well, another possibility on juice is Backwoods Brew. People seem to rave about them. But it sounds like you will not be needing links on juices for quite some time... lol.

Edit: 6 30 ml for $50 total? That is not that bad...... 180 ml will last you way over a month unless you severely chain vape - as in all day every day... I think for a reasonably normal user that much may last up to 2 months.

For instance that likely will fill about 220 cartomizers, perhaps more. Some heavy vapors can and will use 10 a day however.

I'm hoping it'll last a bit. I figure I'll give each these a shot and see how much I like them before giving something else a try. Realistically I don't plan on quitting analogs all together once this kit comes in. But I figure it will help me cut back substantially.. especially during certain activities where I find myself chain smoking without even realizing. For some reason if I hop on xbox for a few hours with my buddies, I can go through 4-5 analogs an hour. For the rest of the day I usually only average around 1 an hour. This will give me something to puff on. It'll also help because there are plenty of times I take a few drags and don't feel the need to finish a cigarette. It'll be nice to have something I can just take a few puffs off and lay down. I'm hoping to slowly wean myself off the analogs and into vaping, then work on the nicotine addiction after that.

I guess I'll see how much liquid I end up using.. but what would you figure for a pack a day smoker? I don't see myself vaping on this thing all day, just how I would with a cigarette. Every hour or so for 3-5 minutes is what I'm figuring but who knows I guess. I'll find out soon enough.

The SideSho and the 902 from modernvapors are both 510 threads, have had no problems with them working with 510 stuff.

Really? Their version of the M401 has 510 threads? perhaps that is the "modification" they were referencing. Obviously that would have no bearing on performance, only compatibility.
