Hey guys, new to the forum but i have been vaping for about a year [Give or take a month or two] and have been browsing through here a lot lately. Figured I'd get your opinions on a few things while i say hello and welcome myself.

1) So recently I have been experiencing some odd issues with my Dark Horse RDA, where it will just randomly stop firing like it should, and my Eleaf iStick 60w will say "No atomizer" and I have to fiddle with the center post to get it going again. If you have any idea's other than replacing it on how to fix it that would be wonderful.

2) I am going to be replacing this whole vape and I plan on getting the IPV 3 Li (looks sick as hell and I've personally used one and instantly fell in love with it.) however, I don't know what to get for a RDA again, as my Dark Horse was a buy from a friend who had to stop vaping. I have been looking at the Mutation X V4, but if anyone can come up with a good $20-$40 pick that would be awesome.

3) finally, Thanks for letting me join such a community driven to help fellow members and give advice where needed or wanted. It means a lot to be able to help fellow vapers in their search for the best vaping experience for them.

If you have another/friends mod or a local vape shop handy, try mounting your RDA on another mod and see what happens. Should tell you where the problem is.

Dark Horse looks to be 3 post duel coil machine which equals clouds.
Not my area of expertise. Could check out: Wismec Indestructible Atty RDA
Getting what you want is going to be tough because there are so many RDA's in the duel coil low ohms cloud machines out available. Without actually trying them out, I would pick the ones with the best features you want and then read as much as you can on the reviews about them.
Could look for the deepest well cloud RDA, lessens drip frequency.
Your on the right track, whatever you buy, you should be ok with RDA's.
