Hello everyone. I am new to this and so far I have managed to go 4 days with out an analog. Pretty good but I'm having a flavor issue, as in I am getting no flavor with my vapor. I'm using an e-Go X tank. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks. At a pack a day for the past 18 years, it's actually been easier then I thought out would be. No doubt in my mind that my e-cig has made it much, much easier. Now if I just had some flavor maybe I'd enjoy it more 
Many of the eGo tanks are pretty weak. I would suggest going with cartomizers. Boge 2.0 ohm cartos are a great place to start. They give good flavor, and a good hit.
Another thing is the juice. What kind are you using? Do you know the PG/VG ratio?

50/50 juice from a few different vendors. I'm definitely open to suggestions for juice, my preference is fruit flavors.
If you want real fruit taste, Copper Creek is best I've found. It is uncanny how exact the flavors are. Banana and Watermelon taste like the real fruit, not some candy flavoring.
But if you have tried different vendors, the problem is probably with your tank. Just about anywhere you order from will have low resistence cartomizers (LR cartos). Boge and SmokTech and Kanger are the main manufacturers. Around 1.7 to 2.4 ohms will work best with the eGo. You have to fill them all the way, then make sure the center tube is clear.
I would try buying a box (5 cartos, around $8) next order you make. They are all I use.

If you have an atomizer, try dripping it. That will let you know if your tanks are muting the flavors. Welcome to ECF and congrats on 4 days!
Agree on above ego tank advice. Didn't care for them myself. I would change the ratio on your juice, too. VG has a tendency to mute flavors and is harder on cartomizers. Try a 70pg/30vg mix on your next order. Another option for very good juice is mountainoakvapors.com. Excellent juices that are easy on cartos and really exceptional customer service. Good luck.
Welcome & congrats. 4 days is great...it took me 4 days & then I washed all the ashtrays in the house-left them out as I was putting my ecigs (pacifiers) in them LOL (finally put them away). I also use egos & love them. Mine are the ego-t & C. What kind of flavors do you like?

I got much better flavor and hit out of my juice when I started using the 1.7 ohm smoktech cartos. I also upper the amount of pg. seemed to soak into the filling faster as well. Congrats on your quiting!
You might want to try a Joyetech "Twist" battery for $29. Variable voltage from 3.2 to 4.8 volts. It might just wake up your flavor.

congrats on 4 days it does get better with e cigs i dont miss analogs and after a week everything just tastes better i like my ego tanks but cartos do taste better u just have to keep a bottle on hand to refill often i use 70/30 or my atty plugs up
Welcome & Congratulations from a fellow South Carolinian! The best way to tell how a juice is supposed to taste at a given power (resistance/voltage combination) is to drip it directly on the atty. I don't know if the atomizer(s) that came with the eGo work well for dripping but if not, IkenVape has some very good ones for less than $9 each in either 510 or 306, or their custom io6 (my preference), all of which fit the 510 threading. I'd suggest getting one each in two or three different resistance ratings - say, 1.5, 1.8 & 2.5 Ohm, for testing juices before you put them in a carto or tank. I use them all the time when at home because the flavor is so much clearer than anything else I've tried, and if you take care of 'em they'll last for months. Atomizers - IkenVape Store

BTW I forgot to mention, for direct dripping you the atty you will need a drip tip, and they are different for the different types of atomizers; for instance, a 510 tip won't work on a 306 or the other way around, and same for the io6. The io6 is a customized re-design of the 306 & just a bit fatter.
