Hello people...

I've been lurking for a while, I figured it's about time I posted. I've been off the ciggies since May 3rd, so I am coming up on 4 months tobacco free! I feel like I got pretty lucky with my first mod - I LOVE MY PINK Vision Spinner!~ I have a white one to match. I'm ready to graduate from the clearos - might be interested in a dripper but I don't want it to look gaudy. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm sure there's plenty of info already here, but it's almost too much, it's overwhelming.

Thanks so much!

Thanks for the welcome @BigBen2k

@DIydragger maybe you haven't found the right dripper?

I prefer low or sub-ohm RBA's. Even a ProTank at low ohms is preferable IMO. I've tried RDA's, actually have one sitting next to me right now that I re-built for my neighbor. Just not my thing I guess.

ProTank... I need to try one of those. Maybe get a new mod... it'd look a little top heavy on my spinner. What's the vapor production like?

You can get a really nice Vape off if it depending on your set-up. The nice thing about the kits is that they come with 2 coils, 1 @ 2.4 ohms and 1 @ 1.8 ohms (I believe) so you can figure out where your sweet spot is. I re-coil them around 1.2 ohms to run on my Bullet and I love the way that vapes.

You are right though, they do make Ego type batteries extremely top heavy.

If you can afford it, get the Provari. The Vamo isn't bad but the tubes are thin and the battery extensions are known to break. You could also go with a mechanical mod and add a crown/kick to land somewhere in the middle price wise. I have Provari's and they're awesome, same with the DNA20 but to be honest, my bullet is my go-to Vape because its pretty much bullet proof.

Edit: you would need a multi-meter to check ohms with a mechanical.

Not necessary. EVOD is the same as pro tank. Or protank mini. The protank mini fit perfectly on EGO battery.

Try EVOD or Protank mini first and it won't break your bank.

If you want protank, it should be protank II. Much much better but still top heavy on EGO.

Cheers.

2nd from left is EVOD 3rd from left is protank mini, all on EGO battery.

Protank on EGO battery protank 2 will look just like it. Top heavy and you will need to get a beauty piece.
