How do you think you'd like to vape, there are two schools on this, direct lung hit, like the guys that blow big clouds, and mouth to lung, like most of us smoked.
Any idea on a budget? With the variety of gear, there's something for everyone now days. There are tons of "starter kits" that work decent.
As you are new, I'd suggest looking at replaceable coils, The Aspire line is pretty good stuff, the Naturalist and Atlantis are good tanks, but very different depending on what you want from them.
