Hello and welcome. Just because some don't like a setup doesn't make it wrong for you. If it's working for then it's a good setup as long as it's safe to use. vaping styles are highly subjective.

This. And also, it may not be the set up for you now, but hold onto it, because your style will almost certainly change, and it well may be just the thing at some point.

Welcome!!! vaping is a process with so many variables. The only way to know is ask.In the beginning I thought I had all the answers, especially with the higher wattage,sub-ohm tanks, coils,& temp controls.I got humble real quick & now vaping is an experience that really enjoy.I finally found the mod that suits my needs.Be patient & do your research.(MB)

Well, I will say the road to my perfect vape has been littered with unsuitable or just not for me equipment. A lot of it, well, I either gave away or otherwise got rid of it, and that made me feel less bad about it. I make fewer purchasing mistakes now that I've figured out what I like..

So yes, keep the stuff you feel like you don't like or don't need for awhile, and then if you are SURE you'll never use it, give it away, donate it (the VA has a vape donation program) and deduct in your taxes, worst case and etc.

Welcome to ECF. You'll get the hang of things and lots of Kangertech fans out there.

Hi to all. Just signed up and wanted to say hello and to get rid of the nag screen :) Looking forward to learning more here. Just a short read so far and I can see I have purchased pretty much every (wrong) system so hope to learn a lot
Welcome and glad you joined.
The problem I had when I first stated out, is I did not know what I wanted and did not really know what I should start out on. I believe most of us are in the same boat. I just keep rowing and eventually, I will get there. I guess if your not making a vaping change you have quit vaping or are not with us any more.

Well I started out using Njoy then Blu, pure crap, then moved to V2 3x.

Yup, that stuff is wrong man, you are right, espcially Blu and V2. I am suprised Vapofi didn't get you. They are the kings of marketing BS.
We can let you off the Njoy.

Just bought a Kanger Subox to see how that works. So I will have a collection by the time I am done.

That's more like it! Hooray... almost right.

Not to worry... I spent $800 on total junk following the totally crooked way e-cigs are marketed including (cough, cough) fake reviews and commission driven recommendations.
It's the commission that really stinks for me. Like Spinfuel and Vaping 360. Just pure unadulterated hot air to sell supposed 'best' products to newbie vapers.
One day, they won't have a job. I will laugh my head off.
It's good these charlatans don't show their despicable faces at Vape events.

Anyway... enough vitriol. I should be over it after 5 years.

Just call me Mr Elephant. :D

djs...over the years I've run across many informative Reviews from Spinfuel and Vaping 360 when looking to purchase new vaping set-ups...

Their Reviews are just as likely to recommend NOT buying a product as they are to recommend buying the product...

I've also referred NEW vaping friends to their sites for their many pages of explaining basic vaping concepts for newbies...

Sure...each site has a link as to where you can purchase the reviewed product...but I always use Vapecrawler ...

This says it all.

7 Best E-Cigs & Electronic Cigarettes to Buy [2018]

QED. The jury isn't out. The jury sent these crooks to bad boy camp.

I say - Take what information you can from these sites and then buy elsewhere, except don't buy epuffer, Vaporfi or V2 full stop.

That's how it works.

Halo, V2, Vaporfi, Apollo. They are all indicted.

So...(for me)...they're not ALL bad...
..
Certainly not. They have got so much better in so many ways over the years.
My gripe is that other than the 'box mod' category, it's still the blatant promotion of V2, Vaporfi and Halo as 'the best' that grinds my gears.

It's blatant. Unless you are newbie.

I like the Vaping 360 reviews. I just think they are crooks overall.

How do you like the Kanger subbox? I have a topbox ---very similar and I like it. Been using it awhile. I held onto my stuff for a bit - mainly the store-bought and the egos - and gave it to others when they were starting out.

I am liking it a lot so far. Still playing with the eatt setting to find 'my' spot with it but overall it is what I am using the most.
