Well, they don't have any of my money but we were working on a custom mod. Not sure what the story is. Hopefully they'll reach out to me sooner rather than later.

Got my box in on Tuesday, and it's been great so far. Very nicely made, USB charger works good too! Very cool mod at a great price.
Go mine Wednesday charged it up and works great. It is (about) 1-3/8 inchs wide, 2-3/4 inchs long and 3/4 inch thick. It is a nice small size that will fit in your shirt pocket. What I like is, its an all in one unit with a built in charger, a on/off switch if you want to shut it off, and comes with the battery unlike alot of them. With the PC (usb) charging cable you can use it like a passthru WHILE it is charging, and unplug it and take it with you. Neat little mod

Sorry for the delayed response. We've had some issues with multiple ISPs for the forums. As everyone probably knows, ECF is really strict on that topic. Now that we have every ones comps/iPhone/laptops set for their own ECF account I will be able to keep up on the threads. Even though I don't like negative feed back, it teaches me how to do my job better. Thank you for your patience and ALL feed back guys <3

Glad your back on line. Waiting for my next shippment from you (clearomizers) shipped today. I am looking forward to trying them. As always GREAT customer service and FAST shipping. I still really like the Hot Box mod I got from you, and the price was great. THANKS
Alright, I'm posting a big BUYER BEWARE in this thread.
When I saw the initial post, I checked out their site. I found the option for a custom mod and checked out immediately. I heard from their modder, Jon, and got him my specs. We went back and forth for a bit and then no communication for a week. When I finally got in touch with them again, we agreed on final specs and I made a tentative offer on the price. This was followed by another long silent stretch. Eventually I heard from Jon again but this time he tells me he can't build the mod due to a lack of a crucial piece. After searching the net for two minutes, I found a new supply. I offered to buy it myself and send it to him to get this thing moving forward and again I haven't heard a word from them.
These guys might be good for hot boxes but don't be fooled in to thinking they can or will build a custom mod. I'm just glad I didn't give them any money. It is too bad though. If it had worked out I know an awful lot of ECF members that would have wanted one just like mine.
It is disappointing to have an ECF vendor that can't be bothered to work with their customers. I'd think twice about giving them any money, that's for sure.

@Indrustrial - We never asked you for money. We knew that your request was definitely challenging to say the least. Jon told you that several times. We spent much of our time researching all your requests. The crucial piece the Tekkeon is completely discontinued and no longer supported by the manufacture. I did find a couple of off the wall sites that sold left over stock, but it wasn't cheap. Even with the Tekkeon, what you wanted to fit in it was not completely feasible. We explained this to you. We felt that charging you for something so expensive and if broken or damaged we could not get parts for would be bad business. I guess I need to change " Build me a mod" to " Build me a realistic mod". I'm sorry we couldn't make what you wanted, but at least we tried and were honest. We will not build some expensive mod that we cannot support. This would make us no different then the people selling crappy Ecigs in the mall or over seas that don't care. Sorry we couldn't make what you wanted. I wish we could have. Your idea was bad ...!

Angel, all of the communication I had with Jon stated that yes, my request was challenging, but also doable. I slimmed down the request from the beginning to at least get something. The last I had heard, the only thing holding the build up was the missing 1800. I found a few and offered to buy it myself and send it to you guys to get this project moving but never got a response.
If the root problem is that you guys can't build my mod, then just say that and I'll consider the matter closed. A bit of clarity and more consistent contact would go a long way.

@IndustrialAction. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I'm sure you'll find a modder who you can work with. =) There are lots of very talented people here, just have to seek them out.

It's a nice little mod, for a great price that is flexible on charging options and when your a space cadet like her, you need all the help you can get.
