New Innokin iTaste DRV

So I am a big innokin fan. I was trolling their news section today and found this. I'm actually looking forward to trying this out. Thoughts?

I have a $12 passthrough with VV choices and I used it in my work van with a lighter adapter at 2.1A. Worked so well that I got a VV V3 for $26 and a 3,5 foot micro usb cable at Staples on sale for $10. That way I can passthrough while driving and unplug while out and about.

I am a huge of Innokin as well...I have the iTaste MVP, iTaste VV v3, and the Cool Fire 1. This looks like a great concept but and this may sound stupid, but why would you need it? I mean, I just put mine in the cup holder and vape on whenever I want....am I missing something here? Please advise!

For long-haul drives like the one I took today, it would be perfect. However, day to day? Not so much in my opinion.

Just received my DRV yesterday. I can tell you it is amazing for in vehicle vaping. Though I'm not sure I like the coiled cord since my 12V input is recessed into my center console. The auto feature is mediocre but the button trigger works amazingly. My only worry is shorting the wires at either end.
