Started vaping in December 2015, trying to kick my nasty cigarette habit. (As I have asthma and have already been hospitalized twice this year for it. >.>)

I was vaping on my boyfriend's Kangertech, just got the Rouleaux rx2/3 and a new rda, so I'm trying to learn how to build as well. Hoping that I can get some sweet info on here of different builds and techniques. I have the Double Vision RDA ;)

ummmm so yeah, I'm 23, and I live in SLC, UT and I want to move to San Antonio, TX eventually. Also a pretty big Harley Quinn nerd  and a moderate gamer I guess. I play Destiny and sometimes Gears Of War with the boif.

Also trying to learn some vape tricks. Got my O's down pretty spot on, and I want to learn more :D

that's pretty much it.

Welcome to the forum HarlsBaby.
Nice to have you here.
I'm an old guy so I need to warn you.
You're a young lady so you need protecting too. j/k.

I've had asthma since I was young, not as bad as you though it seems, I've never been hospitalized for it. Some flavours may not agree with your condition. For me it is Cinnamon vapes, rootbeer, black licorice etc. as well as Vegetable Glycerin as a base.

As I progressed and the equipment got more efficient and powerful, I experienced increased discomfort (tightness) after vaping, worse with some flavours and bases as I mentioned.
Cranking up the power also made breathing more difficult at times.

I certainly do not mean to scare you away from the vape 'cause for me and many it's been a lifesaver.

Just a word of caution however. Take your time to find what works best for you, but most importantly find what does NOT work for you. Preferably without having to make a visit to your local hospital. Heed the signs of your condition if you are vaping a little excessively(we all do it sometimes) or if your breathing becomes more laboured as you increase the wattage or when you're trying different flavours.

You may in fact have no trouble whatsoever with vaping whatever you like at any power setting you like and as much as you like.

I was not that lucky due to my lung condition.
I hope you are different. Just be aware HarlsBaby you may run into an issue or 2 on your journey.

Enjoy the ride, be safe eh. Cheers.

Thanks for the info! I didn't realize certain flavors could do that.
