New juices - do you have to steep them?

Recently ordered some juices and was glad to receive it today, as I'm running out of juice and my usual supplier doesn't have any stocks of the flavors I wanted.

Took a whiff of the new juices but could not detect any smell remotely like the flavors I ordered.
Despite that, I poured the new juice into my clearo and started vaping. To my horror 8-o, it tasted like :censored:.

It was as though no flavor has been added, despite having asked for extra flavorings in my order.
It just had this chemical taste (like a musty pandan leaf taste and had no sweet taste) to it and after taking a few more vapes of the vile substance, I washed it out.

I'm now back to what's left of my juices and I can taste the flavours very well, so I'm quite sure it isn't my taste buds.

Does anybody know if steeping will improve it?
If not, can somebody advise me on how to?
It's a real waste to let $40 go down the drain.

Yes, juices need to be steeped out. Try shaking e btl for a few seconds. Do you see a lot of little bubbles in e mix? If yes, it needs steeping.

Try to give e bottles a good shake and leave e cap open for e night. In e morning, close e caps and keep in a dark and cool place (not yr fridge, btw). Leave it untouched for e next 3 days and give it a good shake. Test vape.

If after 3 days and there's no hint of e flavour, it could've been a poorly mixed batch.

Pray tell, what did you order...?

Thanks Rul46.
I shook the bottles and indeed there are little bubbles inside the juices.
Will test out your method of steeping. Thankfully, I have enough juice to last me perhaps 4 days.
Is it ok if I leave the juices in a drawer? Or would my dry cabinet be a better place to steep the juices?

I ordered some fruit flavors and this is the first time I've needed to steep the juices.
Did research on steeping before purchasing my current kit and read that most juices came pre-steeped.
Besides, all the juices I've ordered from my usual supplier before this were all fine.

Personally, I'll keep juices in a box and store them in a drawer. Btw, fruit flavours are usually ready to vape but flavour would reach optimum after a week or two for all juices. I've had juice I absolutely hated steeped out and after steeping, I couldn't get over that juice.

It is very likely that your usual vendor buys direct from manufacturers, thus e need to steep is unnecessary.

Thanks mate.
I will let them steep for 3 days, test them out and see how it goes.
If it still sucks, I'll probably get more juices and let the sucky ones steep for another 2 weeks to determine if I should dispose of them.
