Hi I recently bought a kangertech EMOW vv battery. Maybe you can help me figure out this problem? When I put it on the charger it starts to flash green and red.
This light never turns solid green. I've left it on there for as much as 4 hours and it just doesn't change colors. On all my other batteries the light will eventually turn green so I don't think it's the charger. Is it possible to over charge a battery? I don't want to ruin it. I paid 35 dollars for this battery at the local BM and he said it was guaranteed for a year. After leaving this battery on the charger for about 3 hours it seems to last quite a while but it worries me that the green light isn't coming on. Do you think I should take it back to the Bm or is it nothing to worry about as long as it is getting charged up as it seems to?

By the green light do you mean the one on the charger? Are you using the Kanger Tech charger? My GF uses the EMOW and she doesn't have a problem with the KT charger. I had a similar problem when using the wrong charger on a Spinner2. The charger and Spinner didn't like each other as the Spinner is protected. I would take it back to the BM. Very nice kit the EMOW

If it's the 1300mAh battery, it could take up to 6-8 hours to fully charge. If you are using the original charger, I would leave it on there for a bit longer to see if it goes green. Most chargers and batteries have over-charge protection built in to them, but I wouldn't leave it for long periods unattended.

Also, are you using a wal-wort or plugging it into a computer or other USB power source? It's probably better if you use a wal-wort if one was supplied with the battery.

Well every time I've put it on the charger it's been fully depleted. I am relieved to know maybe I am just not leaving it on the charger long enough. 4 hours tops is the longest I've left it on the charger. I was afraid of damaging the battery. I hope that's the problem because I really like this Kangertech EMOW VV.
So far it's my favorite set up and if I can get this problem resolved I'd like to buy another one. It's just the right size to be comfortable in my small hands but it will last about 8 hours after a 4 hour charge. Thanks for your help.
