I said I wouldn't buy the new LT, considering my old one is still functioning great - and I was trying to save up for a Provari or Darwin. BUT... I caved, and grabbed myself this beautiful chrome piece of equipment.

Now, I think I purchased a sub-par knock off, as I can't seem to figure out how to get resistance readings. From the little info I've read, the ohm reading should just be there on the screen. Maybe there's a combination of button presses to make the ohm reading show up?? My new LT seems to be exactly the same as my old one (button wise) but boy, DCT's finally don't completely suck! So it must have the slightly higher amperage.

It has the nice metal bottom, solid feel, and solid buttons. I LOVE how it looks with an eGo-C or Stardust. I found that I still need an adapter for the Stardust to fit, but it is still seamless and gorgeous. It set me back a few, I had to purchase a whole "kit" full of stuff I really didn't need, but I suppose it's good to have - even more - spare parts around.

All in all, I'm a big fan! I don't regret buying it in the slightest.

On my LT, if you just single press the power button after it's been turned on, the display shows the ohms and voltage.
For example, at the moment it shows "1.7A" ... then after a second it shows "3.3v" for a second. And of course the battery meter on the right side of the display.
Is that anything you are showing?

Nope, I don't have any of that on my screen. It just says the voltage, like the original Lavatube.

Where did you get it from? I thought no one had the new ones in chrome yet?

I got it from E-juice Wizard, a Canadian supplier. It's definitely not an "official" LT, but it's still pretty fantastic.

That's the "Lambo" and I believe it's made by L-Rider so it's just the chrome version of the Lavatube..basically it's a "V1 LT" with a improved eGo connector..I'm thinking of buying one of these maybe and/or a "V3 LT"..VaporAlley sells them for $79.99 but had them on sale last week for $69.99 (I probably should have ordered one then).

Really I would rather buy just the tube and maybe a "V3" kit so I would have 3 "LT's" 4 batteries and 2 chargers as I already have a "V1 LT"..I figure I would only need 1 extra battery as I get a couple days out of each battery so if I had 3 devices I probably would only be charging one every few days.
