How's it going ECF I recently started vaping to quit smoking and started with a cheap Faze vape pen thing.. after realizing vaping didn't really do anything for me i realized that it wasn't the vaping it was my sub par equipment. So I hit a local shop and grabbed a Vision Spinner and aspire nautilus and that alone was such a huge leap in quality and now I think I am ready for another step up in equipment. I really like my nautilus but I'm wanting a nicer lower half .. I was looking at the smok bec pro but have been seeing quite a few negative comments about it so then I started looking around again and found the evic supreme and it looks promising . But I need something that will hold a charge for 10 or more hours (I'm a career OTR truck driver so I need it to last a full shift) and it has to accept my nautilus tank as I'm quite fond of it lol. So what do you guys and gals recommend to fit these needs? Price really isn't a major concern but obviously the less I have to spend the happier I am. Thanks in advance amd looking forward to gaining more knowledge about this new found hobby of mine.

Welcome! I'm quite enjoying my itaste MVP ver. 2, it has a 2600 mAh battery. I've been charging it daily just to keep it full, but I've only gotten it down to the yellow light once, never into red territory. I've heard of people getting 2 days or more out of it. Variable voltage and variable wattage, I've found that 9.5 watts on my Kanger Mini Protank 3s gives a pretty satisfactory vape, you'll need to find the sweet spot for your Nautilus but I haven't seen anything negative about that tank yet so I'm sure you can find it.

If your in the truck most of the time look for a pass through one that can be used while plugged in. I just ordered one today from litecigusa.net for $12 it looks like a mini ego battery with a wire coming out of the bottom to a usb connection. I am also going to try mine with a portable power pack, one of those little emergency phone chargers most of them are 2000mah or so. The pass through I ordered is also variable voltage just like the MVP others mentioned.

Both the MVP (Innokin) and iStick (eleaf) are nice little box mods with non-removable batteries. Both are "passthroughs", which means if your rig can power a USB cord, you can vape while plugged in. They're both variable voltage/variable wattage, the MVP up to 11 watts, the iStick up to 20 watts. Both can be had for under $50 shipped, although for the MVP you might have to look a bit harder. Both the on-board batteries are more than 2000 mAh, which should offer you roughly twice the vape time of any ego twist.

I'm an istick fan, they're about the size of a Bic, but I've never owned an MVP. I don't think you can go wrong with either, as they're quite affordable.

Also, welcome to the ECF!

Wow thanks for all the good replies so quickly and also the warm welcome. I did think something with removable batteries would be ideal since I could keep a spare or 2 charged just in case. I will take a peak at those you guys have mentioned and I just want to reiterate that I'm not against spending money .. I am one of those stuck in the mind frame of do it right the first time. Besides I've yet to see any of these mods or anything that scratches the surface of my other hobbies and if it knocks out my 1.5-2 cartons of camel menthol a week habit I'll end up saving money in the end anyway lol.

Cloupor Hana Clone. $60 shipped. Goes to 30 watts, will work with your nautilus, runs an 18650 battery, you can charge it via usb while you're in the truck vaping on it and provides a nice, flat power signal like the MVP2.

If not the cloupor, maybe an IPV2s 60 watt at 120w--its got some nice features and a better chip for $120. Folks seem to like the Sigeli 100w box mod for $100 too.

All will serve you well as your vaping evolves.

The MVP2 is passthrough also.

But I'd wait a bit--the new MVP3 is about to be released and it may be worth the wait.

I don't know what is OTR, but the Itazte DRV is made for drivers:

OTR = over the road .. aka I'm out for 3-4 weeks at a time and home 3-4 days then back out again ... so no love for the evic supreme? And for what it's worth I'd rather stay away from the box style ones.

evic, provari, vtr; those are on the pricier side of things.

I second the cloupor dna 30. Being able to just switch the battery out for a charged one is so nice, just carry an extra battery and you are good to go. No need to worry about being near a charger to get through the day. Also, since it can go up to 30 watts, it leaves you headroom to grow into if you decide to get into rebuildable atomizers at some point.

Honestly I can say I will probably never get into rebuild able anything lol.. my other hobbies take presidents over this one I just need something nice reliable and quality . My friend that got me interested in vaping to begin with has a Black Hawk panzer and the amount of vapor he kicks out is unreal lol. I'm still poking around here and Google both just haven't been swayed one way or the other yet.

Your friend was using a rebuildable with 28 gauge or thicker, dual coil.
There are many mech mods out there with fancy names, and when asked "what's that", it's just easier to say 'black hawk panzer', or 'stingray', or 'nemesis', or 'steampunk', etc,
than to say it's a rebuildable dripper with a 28 gauge sub ohm coil.
