The MVP/Nautilus combination is a great suggestion.

Have you looked at FastTech? They have a lot of different vaping gear at low prices. (Their price on the MVP is not the best, but many of the less-expensive US vendors won't ship overseas).

They have many of the ZMax models as well, and ship pretty much everywhere. It can take a while to get there, though.
