Starting vaping 2 weeks ago to stop smoking cigarettes. Bought some items from Vapesourcing.com. They didn't work when I received them. Contacted them, was told to make a "video". I told them I don't have the means or skills to do that. They replied that I could pay shipping back to China and when it was received they would refund my money. It was only $30 and my credit card will pull their charge anyway. But I'll just buy from American outlets now.

If you live in the USA don't buy from China sites unless you are buying a crap ton of goods. It's just not worth it.

More importantly, don't buy from China unless you know what you are doing in regards to the exact choice of product.
Also, you are right. On a cheap vape pen, the saving is not worth it.

Sorry to hear about your problems making an international purchase. Buying American is best for our economy however many of the top Vaping products are not made in America.
I disabled with back and knee problems, so I am on a fixed income. I am always looking for the best deals I can find. With Vaping I sometimes find that turning to a international seller gives me the best price. If I find a really good price some times I will buy several sell the extras to pay for my Vaping Habit. If you are going to buy online International or American do your homework first. Make sure that it is a legit seller and not a scam. Also make sure your purchase is protected. Some of the ways to do this are always use a credit card never your debit card. Use PayPal and eBay when you can as like Credit Cards they cover you on most purchases.
I find that for most buyers one of the biggest drawback is shipping time. If you do buy from International Sellers often as not it will take 3 to 6 weeks to receive your purchase. When the 3 to 6 weeks to receive your purchase is not a drawback often you can cut your cost way down buying from International Sellers.

It's possible they are just younger people starting in business. I don't like to leave negative reviews. But people starting in business need to learn that no "one time" profit they keep, is ever worth losing the many on-going profits they would have made in the future, from not only that customer, but his circle of influence and now with the internet, the many buyers who will pass them up, after learning of their disreputable practices. In America we say that reputation is everything.

I know the majority of people here buy from the big Chinese companies, I tried it once and like you both my products didn't work. Also like you, they told me to do a video, what? Anyways i more or less got burnt and probably will never buy from those sites again...

I'm not seeing anything good about the company on google or here. Where did you see good reviews?

    Oh, and Welcome!

You'd be surprised. Ongoing sales to customers in sectors of the e-cig world isn't necessary for success. It might become so in the future and some companies (unmentionable ones who rip people off) of course enjoy the fruits of selling endless cartomizers to newbies. Many e-cigarette companies create a fake reputation with the help of fake review sites and fake reviewers... they do OK. One of them has made over $300,000,000 selling junk to vapers. Not the American dream we would all hope for.
You can make a lot of money never getting repeat custom if all you want to do is make a few million and then get out of the game.
Anyway, the people you are careful not to mention are not youngsters in business. They are something else. They too also create a false reputation by paying (like many US brands) to be "rated".

    Welcome and glad you joined.
Most vape folks who have ordered from China have learned the hard way. Hang in there.
Might take your purchases to the local B&M Vape shop and confess. They might even decide to help you fix the problem(s).
