Thank you for adding me to your group. Been vaping 10 days now and haven't bought a pack of cigs in that time. The same half pack I had when I walked into the vape shop lasted the rest of the week. After some research I'm finding they charged me double for the Kanger Evod, but it seems to be working for me and I was just glad to get it in hand and out the door with some juice. Love the Good Life "El Kamino" so far.

Naturally, I'm never satisfied and already want a better hit. I bought a couple knock-off top coil tanks (ec4 & ec9?) in a convenience store cheap, but prefer the cool, tasteful hit from the Evod tank. The Evod seems a bit airy and takes some effort to get a good vape. I have to puff it (as if lighting a cigar) several times to get good vapor and it takes some effort and manipulation to get any satisfaction.

Any suggestions would be helpful, ie. upgraded tank, vv battery (looked at the MVP2 and Innotek V3?) and the options are pretty overwhelming. Just looking for a good powerful vape with minimal effort.

How do you get the cool (days without cigs, money saved) counter thingy on your page? So far, just keeping a mental record and really love seeing that counter on other posts.

Thanks in advance for any ideas, suggestions!

Hiya Junk and welcome to ECF :) Since you have the EVOD already, why not get some lower ohm replacement coils for it? I think they come standard around 2 to 2.4 ohms...I prefer the 1.5 or 1.8 ohm coils in an evod :)

The MVP2 is a very good upgrade and does VV and Variable Wattage. Its worth the money to have one of them (I do!)

it is more expensive in the store but you don't pay for shipping, u have it right away and you can ask tons of questions, it's worth it!

get somehting with low ohms resistance, the hit will be more powerful, else you have to try many many different things to know what you like

for the signature banner, find one you like and click on it, it will bring you to a page where you can make one yourself then click on Settings at the top-right and Edit Signature in the column at the left to copy/paste the code in your signature

I found the link to the banner but I don't have the edit signature link in my profile. Assuming I don't have enough posts yet?

I believe you need at least five posts.

As a new vaper, are you aware that the FDA has proposed regulations that will eliminate most vaping as we know it? Your only choice will be Big Tobacco company cig-a-likes.

All vapers need to stand up and join CASAA, the non-profit consumer vaping organization to help in the fight against these federal regulations. It is free to join and takes all of 2 minutes. Once you have joined, it is imperative to click on the 3rd CTA (Call To Action) and provide the information that will be sent to your elected representatives.

Just mouse over and click on the banner below this post to go to CASAA. The more members we have, the louder our voice.

    You're correct, not enough post's yet :)
You'll need at least five post's and wait approximately 25 minute's for the ECF forum to refresh.

    Welcome to the forum! :)

    Welcome to ECF!

If you like the Evod and are interested in something a bit better in the way of a battery and topper you might want to pick up an Innokin iTaste MVP 2 and pair it with a Kanger Aerotank Mega (15% off coupon code SAVE expires 6/25)) . The MVP 2 will allow you to adjust the temperature of your vape and the Aerotank Mega produces a somewhat similar vape as the Evod but will allow you to adjust the tightness of the draw. The taste and vapor production will be somewhat better as well.

to ecf junkfixr. Love your name. So glad you are here. You have gotten some good suggestion and I would have to recommend the mvp2 also. Easy and very dependable. I feel good now having it as my backup. A powerful vape with minimal effort totally describes the reo grand. I have pretty much found what makes me happy and plan on staying with it for a long long time. It's nice when you find what you are looking for. Good luck to you and happy vaping. :)

Hope someone is actually tracking the amount and the content of our petitions this time, I am getting the same old canned answers I've gotten for all that preceded this one......

That's GREAT!! Please take the time to read the 3rd CTA and fill out the information. Every vaper (and friends & family members) we can get to to this can make a difference.

I would also like to know how many of us are sending in letters via CASAA's CTA. But I think more of us are going to have to step up and get involved with time and funding if we truly want to increase membership and get more vapers to send letters to congress.
