Hi all,

I have been lurking around here for a little while and thought it was about time to introduce myself. So far I am really enjoying this site. To give you a little background, I smoked for about 16 years and when I switched to vaping was smoking about a 1/2 pack a day. Not a ton, but I knew it was time to give it up completely. Last year, I initially started on Blu e-cigs, and that was great for about 2 months. I was still occasionally smoking analogs, but after I had to put my dog down I lost it and completely fell off the wagon.

Fast forward about 6 months, and I had a friend introduce me to an eGo style e-cig with a basic tank and I knew this was an opportunity to quit for good. Around the same time I had a B&M vapor shop open close to my house. I stopped in and picked up a starter kit and some of their juice. My first kit had Evod tanks (turned out to be clones) and 2 900mah batteries. I liked them a lot and was off analogs pretty much the first day, which my wife really appreciated! Shortly after I picked up an eGo-C twist and really liked the voltage control. It really allowed me to dial in a nice vape.

I just recently picked up a iTaste VV3 and a MVP2. The VV3 came with 2 iclear 16s and the MVP came with an iclear 30. My VV3 came with 5 of the iclear 16's, but only 3 of the 5 work. I get a NON on the screen for the other 2, same on the MVP. Also, I cannot get my Evods to work on either device. All of my tanks but the 2 iclears work fine on my other batteries, but the Evods don't work on the Innokin devices. I've tried making sure the post in the battery is making a connection, and everything else i could find by searching on here, but I cannot figure out why the Evods and the 2 brand new iclear 16 tanks won't work. Any suggestions?

It sounds as though the tanks are not making connection to the battery - most likely the tanks' center posts not extending down/out enough.

You can try to pull the center pins out a bit more or you can go back to the store where you got them and have them either make the adjustments or get you new tanks. I'd vote for the latter if it's convenient for you as they might be bad tanks after all and the store should replace them.
