Well, I've been vaping now for a couple of months and been lurking around this site soaking up as much information as I can. I smoked for 15+ years and quit cold turkey 3 years ago. 5 months ago I picked up a pack and started smoking again during a really stressful time at work. My wife was not pleased at all, so she talked me into looking into the e-cigarettes, and I've been hooked ever since.

I've gone from the starter mini 510 setup to a eGo-Twist, and now I'm waiting on a eVic in the mail (should arrive today if the USPS can figure out how to deliver mail).

Anyways, thanks for all the great information here.

Chris

Take time to read the Manual, Check the eVics Version and update if needed.
Current software is MVR 1.2 Includes Firmware 1.2

Make all necessary adjustments - Calander - Time - Alarm Temp - VV or VW

eVic is a nice device, but treat it like a cell phone not a baseball they can be broken.

I've already downloaded all the manuals and the MVR software. I also ordered two vivi stv novas to sit on top of it. Now I'm just waiting on the mailman. <rant> Maybe the USPS will learn how to route mail soon  </rant>

Hello from Arkansas! Welcome

<rant> Maybe the USPS will learn how to route mail soon  </rant>

Really? They seemed to do pretty well with the 200 billion pieces they delivered successfully last year.

Valentines Day trivia: The machines that read mail have an extra hard time with letters in RED EVELOPES, so Valentines Day is probably slowing them down

You could probably ask your vendor to ship FedEx or UPS, for extra $$. Can't hurt to ask if you are unhappy with USPS service and don't mind paying more.
