I've already posted a couple times here; even helped someone with a battery question that I answered for myself recently, so I figured I'd stop lurking and introduce myself.
My name's Eric, from Chicago's Western Suburbs.
I'm not really a smoker - I enjoyed cigars with friends while camping, or while sitting around the firepit in the yard, but not really a regular smoker. I got into vaping because several of my friends vape to get off cigarettes (or supplement them unfortunately), and I enjoy sitting around with friends vaping during card games and whatnot. Plus I'm a tech geek - so the technology involved in this really interests me. I'm also a person that loves to learn something about everything...I call it my James Bond Education - Have you ever noticed he knows how to drive, ride, or pilot everything, knows a good scotch and nice clothes ect? Yeah, so this is just another *something* for me to learn, play with, and enjoy with friends.
I'd love to meet and learn from some advanced vapers in the area (do we have meets around here?), and I'd also like to visit and high-end vape shops if there are such a thing around Chicago. So far all I've found is shops with the common Chinese and Korean stuff - I'd really like to get my hands on some high end PV and juices!
