I have been vaping for abot 9 months now. I love it. It is all oof the stuff I liked about smoking but none of the stuff i hated. I started on 12 nic. I am at six now. I am considerinf trying some zero. Not a big mod guy. It seems compliczted and expensive. Right now I am using an Ego V2 Mega. I really like it. The last couple of weeks though, it has been flaking out on me. I am using that still and when it decides to stop working I use the original Ego 600mah that i started on. I am looking to upgrade and have a mod in mind that was reccomended to me. I was looking for suggestions in the 30 dollar range that anyone would suggest? I am looking for something durable and variable voltage with a 510 connection. Like i said, I have one in mind but, I am open to suggestions.

I love the 1300mah spinner batteries, available at Vision Spinner - 1300mah - White for $21.99. Another great option, but just a bit more than your $30 price point is the Itaste 3.0, it's vv and vw, pretty close to the same size as the 1300mah spinner, but only 800mah, probably wouldn't last you a whole day unless you're a light vaper. I love both of these and tend to use them more than my more expensive mods. I too am a big fan of the Evod and also the MT3s. (like protanks too, but use the Evod a whole lot more). Hope you find something you like!

Welcome to ECF! If durability is key for you in the $30 range all I can think of are mechanicals. You will have to learn some to be successful with them and be a bit of a MacGyver, but it just may do the trick for you. They are not VV, but you can't have it all

I am in southeast. Have you tried Northwest Vapors? They are in Vernonia. Pretty good store. They are online too. Pretty good juice. Not as cheap as Madvapes or some other online vendors but way cheaper than the mall kiosks. I actually had to go to the one in Lloyd center.for a drip tip the other day and the cheapest plastic one they had was five bucks. Last resort only. I usually buy from madvapes but i am about to start with fasttech. Where do you get your gear/ liquid?

I ended up buying my gear from the mall kiosk in Lloyd. eGo w/ the built in USB port & an EVOD. It was slightly overpriced compared to purchasing on-line, but the guy was super friendly, answered all of my questions, showed me how to fill it, and I was able to try a few flavors. I ended up buying a 10ml bottle of "Desert" to get me started. It is a strong tobacco flavor with a nutty and caramel aftertaste and a decent throat hit. I think it might be similar to a 555.

Plus, I didn't have to wait for shipping. I would have ended up buying a few packs of Nat Sherman cigs while waiting for shipping, and at $8.75/pack it would have negated any price savings. In the future, I'll buy gear on-line.

I haven't heard of NW Vapors, but I'll be sure to check them out. I placed my first juice order from Mister-E-Liquid (MEL). I grabbed 13 different flavors (all 33%VG, 32mg) in 6ml bottles, a couple replacement coils for my EVOD, and a SmokTech 5ml dual coil carto. MEL says to let them steep for a week from when they were made for best flavor, but I doubt I'm going to make it to Wednesday before trying one of them. I ordered: 616, Casino 21, Kamel Hump, MEL Menthol, MEL RY4, R.Y.O., Red Rider, Rough Neck, G.T.F.O., Pirate's Bounty, Grey Matter, Lemon Ice & MEL Clear (no flavor). I'm mainly trying tobacco flavors for now since I just quit. I think I'll end up falling into the pattern I've read about where people go from tobacco at first and end up mainly vaping non-tobacco flavors.

They also included a small (maybe 2 or 3ml) bottle of a sample flavor called Pink Lady. I figured that one had already steeped, so I tried it. It made me think of a lemon-cherry Italian ice or Crystal Light pink lemonade. I really enjoyed it and showed me the interesting flavors available through vaping. I now understand why people vape non-tobacco flavors.
