The biggest issue seems to be finding a juice supplier in some countries.
Depending on customs you may be able to import a full e-cig, or may have to import them in parts (Buy batteries, atomizers etc separately.)

If there are no public juice suppliers in SG and you can't or don't want to go down the DIY route then you will have to speak to e-cig users in SG.

Yeah, i guess so. but i can't post anywhere except here i guess for at least next 5 posts!

Like Arch, I am new here too. And judging from the forum regulations pertaining to my location it seems close to impossible to get the e-cig sellers in my country to trust newbies like myself.

Think I may have to head north to MY to get a starter's kit.
