Hello.

Been lurking around these parts for a little bit now and figured I'd just sign up. I've got a lot of help from many post on here, and have some ideas and modifications of my own that I'm messing with now. I've been cig or analog free now for almost 3 weeks, just lovely, never going back.
I was actually doing the ecig thing like 5-6 years ago before all this awesomeness that is mods and tanks came along. I gotta say if this was around then I would have been smoke free back in 09.

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi, oh yeah and get the 5 post in so I can branch out.

i wanted it to work... i wanted to quit but simply couldn't break the long term habits... now i have the best of both worlds and am in the best health in 15 years! some haven't had it such cut and dried sucess from what i've read. hence the good luck...

Easier for some I guess is right, I haven't even thought about smoking since I started. I actually have the last cig from my pack on display in the living room, I look at it everyday and laugh as a reminder.
I also like modifying and fixing things, so I've been obsessed with coils, wicks and all the stuff I've recently purchased. That's a good thing I guess, it's been keeping me busy and I'm learning new stuff so all is good.

Welcome, and hello neighbor. Although Nashville is a small drive from Clarksville, it may be worth it for the wide variety of equipment and juice available (plus Nashville is a fun city to do stuff). Many good juices are local and that excites me greatly, and more are sprouting all the time.

Do yourself a favor. If you are serious about this Vaping thing and really do plan on Vaping and not smoking for the long haul, don't waste so much money (as I did) on lower end mods and tanks. Do your research and get the good stuff now.You will save money in the long run and get a so much better result. Just my opinion based on what happened to me.

I actually go to Nashville at least once a week, DeVry classes and my mom stays in Goodlettsville which right outside of it. I'll definitely have to check out some shops there, currently I go to RocketEcigs here in Clarksville. They have a decent selection of gear and some really good favors they make.

I originally bought an ego than ego twist, they came with CE4s, so I got 2 evods, then a PT2mini then a PT2. They were/are okay, mostly for the convenience- then I saw Kayfun somewhere on a thread and kept hearing about them in YouTube. Ended up buying a KFL, I might try a dropper one day but I really like the RBA style now not buying anymore clearos. I actually have a decent stash of supply for building now o-rings, screws, kanthal, wick, treated organic cotton, spares and tools etc...
Right now I'm on an MVP2 w/ KFL micro coil 1.3-1.4 ohm cotton wick. Just ordered a Taifun GS to build and use with ego twist or a mech mod or a maybe a vamo.

Either way thanks and great advice for anyone. I always read and watch reviews for anything I plan to purchase, just good practice. Maybe I can catch you Nashville sometime at a shop.

durn.. its like ol' home week here! if you haven't tried it yet... get a RDA if you end up with a mech and some good batteries. and give dripping a shot over a weekend....i've never went back except my carto tank for driving.....

I might try an RDA it would be strictly for home use though, ahh you what I'll get one you've talked me into it! Any suggestions or good clones?

It's nice that a lot of ppl cape around here,I was surprised there was actually multiple local shops in my area. Must have been about 15 in the shop he other day and they were all buying something and asking others about their set ups and mods etc. There's actually a vendor here who will deliver to you.

I ordered Chinese the last night and the delivery guy was a vapor, he really liked what I was vapin said it smelled good, lol. Hubble bubble and grape concord mixed, taste like the old grape chewing gum from back in the day I'm a 80s baby.
