Hey everyone!

I just recently got into vaping, as in I just bought my first setup yesterday So I figured I would get on a forum and start to learn as much as I can.
My current setup is an iTaste mvp v1.5 with the iClear 30. So far I love it! My only complaint is a weird taste on the back of my tongue. The only way I can explain it is kinda like "tongue bite" for you pipe smokers out there.

Just thought I would introduce myself. I plan on doing a ton of lurking, reading and learning.

Welcome to ECF! Glad to have you here. That bite at the back of your tongue may be 'throat hit.' Higher pg levels, higher nicotine, certain flavors like cinnamon and menthol can provide the throat hit sensation. Lots of vapers look for it, especially new ones when they are trying to recreate the feeling of smoking a cigarette or cigar.

There may be other things it could be. Hang on for more feedback. Are you finding it a good thing, or unpleasant? What topper are you using and what juice; the nic, pg/vg, flavor?

It's a house blend from a local store here. The nic is 16, pg/vg is 50/50, and its a coconut flavoring.

It's just a weird different sensation because I was never addicted to smoking cigs.
